You Are Beautiful 101

اليوم راح ابدأ اول خطوه في بناء الثقه بالنفس عن طريق خياراتنا 

اختيارنا لما يناسبنا من ملابس او الوان يعطينا ثقه بالنفس 

وحده مليانه لو لبست فستان بلون غامق راح يخليها اجمل من انها تلبس مثلا ابيض 

والعكس لو وحده نحيفه كثير تقدر تستمتع بالالوان الفاتحه وراح تطلع جسمها بشكل احلى من انها تلبس شي غامق 

ومثال آخر بالشعر اختيار لون يناسب بشرتك ونوع شعرك راح يعطيك ثقه بالنفس

مو معناته ان باقي الالوان كلها ماراح تناسبنا لا 

لكن هذي الدرجات راح تعطينا شكل اجمل بالتالي راح نحس بالثقه 

مو معناته ان الموديل هذا ناسب صديقتك او شخصيه مشهوره راح يناسبك 

بشرتك غير عن بشرتها جسمك غير عن جسمها 

اي شي تشوفينه جربيه على نفسك ووقفي عند المرايه وشوفي بغض النظر عن الموضه هل هالشي حلو علي ولا لا؟ استشيري اقرب الناس لك

وركزي على كلمة اقرب الناس 

يعني صديقتك المقربه او امك او اختك

Hi Girls 

this is the first post about beauty and self esteem i hope that you like it :)

first we should know that the choices we made " clothes - makeup - hair color" plays a major role in building our self esteem or confidence

 for clothes dark colors will complements curvy girls  more than white color does 

and a girl who is very thin can enjoy white and lighter shades more than darks 

im not saying that we must wear only those colors NO i'm saying that these color will complements our bodies more so we will feel better 

If this color or trend looked amazing on your friend that doesn't mean it will look the same on you 

every girl is different that's why when you go shopping try the items that you want and ask a person you trust if they think it looks good on you .

عارفين ايش اكثر شي ما احبه بالحياه ؟ لما اسمع وحده تقول انا مو حلوه 

اممم عشان كذا كتبت التدوينه هذي 

٩٠ ٪ بالميه من جمالك هو احساسك الداخلي وثقتك بأنك جميله 

طبعاً كثير بنات يتعبون من هالشي السبب ايش؟

الاعلام قاعد يعطينا صور ذهنيه عن معايير جمال نقدر نقول عنها صعبه والكثير يلجأ لعمليات وطرق ممكن تكون خطره عشان يوصلون 

لهالجمال اللي صوره لنا الاعلام 

هالكلام متأكده انه مو جديد عليكم 

بس حابه اذكر كل وحده حاسه نفسها مو حلوه ان مافيه انثى كامله 

ومافيه انثى قبيحه 

لكن اللي فيه ان في انثى ماتعرف تبرز جمالها 

كمثال احيانا تشوفين وحده عااااديه الملامح لكن اهتمامها بنفسها يخليها حلوه تعرف كيف تبرز عيونها مثلا ً او تركز عالشي الحلو فيها 

وفيه وحده تحسن ملامحها جداً جميله لكن ماعرفت هالشي فتحسينها مو جذابه 

فعشان كذا ان شاء الله راح انزل بين فتره وفتره تدوينه تختص بالثقه بالنفس والجمال 

لأنهم مرتبطين ببعض

 Hello Girls 

 I hate it when I hear a girl says: i'm not beautiful

In my point of view 90 % of Beauty comes from inside 

by inside i mean that sound in your mind which tells you "you are beautiful"  in other word " CONFIDENCE "

lots of girls go extreme when it comes to beauty that sometimes they feel they had to go under the knife while they don't need to 

why? 

because of the Media 

i know that what i said is not something new but I want to remind every single one of you that

 there is no perfect woman 

and there is no ugly woman 

however there is a woman that doesn't know how to show her beauty and on the other hand there is a woman who does 

we see a lot of average girls but the way they take care of their selves  and their choices made them prettier  

that's why i will write posts about beauty and how to build your self esteem

خطوة سريعة ومهمه للاهتمام بالشعر خصوصا للي يحبون يربطون شعرهم بوني تيل  لا تستخدمون ربطات الشعر اللي عاليسار في الصوره لأنها تقطع الشعر بسبب الجزء المعدني اللي فيها يلزق فيه الشعر ويقطعه ويبهذله 

بدالها استخدموا اللي عاليمين تجي نفسها بجوده افضل ومافيها الجزء المعدني اللي يلزق فيه الشعر 

موجوده عند كليرز تباع مجموعه مع بعض سعرها ٢٩  ريال بس جودتها ممتازه 

والافضل بعد موجوده عند فورايفر ٢١ للي عندهم اشتريتها منه ب ٥ درهم بس من فرع دبي له فرع في جده والظهران

so this is a quick hair care tip 

do NOT use the elastic hair tie that contain a metal part because it is going to damage your hair ,instead use  one like the one on the right of the picture that dosn't contain the metal part 

Clair's sells them for 29 SR and forever 21 also sells them for 5 SR 

My Daily Makeup Routine

صباح الخير للجميع 

راح اتكلم اليوم عن الاشياء اللي حالياً استخدمها في الميك آب اليومي 

يعني الروتين اللي الحين اتبعه 

ممكن تخففونه شوي ويصير صباحي وممكن تثقلونه شوي عشان يصير لليل كل وحده واللي تحب طبعاً 

يلا نبدأ 

 اول شي حابه انوه ان انا ما احط فاونديشن بصفه يوميه اكتفي بكونسيلر "نسيت اصوره " في الاماكن اللي احتاج لها 

" آثار حبوب - تحت العين "

بس في مرات احس اني محتاجه احط فاونديشن فيكون هنا استثناء :)

Good morning ladies 
today i will show you the things i use for my daily makeup routine 
it's perfect for a day you can make it heavier for night if you wish 
ready ? let's start 


 first of all i wanna say that i donn't use foundation for every day i only apply concealer on areas that i feel  it needs some coverage 
but some times when i feel like using foundation i do :)

 اول شي احط برايمر من ماك على كامل الجفن  ومثل ما انتو شايفين الدرجه ميديم 

  i apply this primer from MAC on my lid i use the shade medium 

بعدين راح استخدم اللون الفاتح والي هو اكثر لون احبه في العالم من ماك اسمه 

all that glitter 

وراح احطه على الجفن وبكسره الجفن راح احط اللون الغامق من ماك بعد اسمه 

espresso 

 شوفو الصوره اللي تحت بنفس الرسمه هذي  

طبعاً لاننسى ندمج اللونين بفرشة الدمج 

استخدم للدمج ماك ٢١٧

  " ماصورتها" 

then i use all that glitter from mac which is my favorite on the eyelid
then i apply MAC espresso on the crease and blend it with mac 217 brush

بعدين احدد العين من فوق شوي بآي لاينر جيفنشي كتبت عنه ريفيو للي حابين يقرونه  هنا

احاول اني امد الايلاينر لبرا شوي يعني شوي كات ايز 

وماسكارا اسمها فولسيز من مايبيلين 

مرات استخدم جيل لاينر بوبي براون يعطي شكل احلى  بعد 

after finishing the eyeshadow i  line my eyes with this Givenchy eyeliner " i wrote a review obout it 

HERE

than i apply  this mascara The Falsies Volum' Express from maybelinesometimes i line my eyes with bobby brown gel liner it gives you more dramatic look  :)

اخر شي استخدم روج لكم الحريه في اللون اللي تشوفونه مناسب انا استخدمت

النتيجه بالنسبه للعين راح تعطيك نتيجة مقاربه من هذي الصوره " الصوره من النت ما ادري لمين بالضبط"

Fucshia Lips !

 الفتره الاخيرة صرت الاحظ كثيير  رجعوا يستخدمون الروج الفوشي 

وبصراحه هو لون جميل يناسب جميع الوان البشره مثل ما انتم شايفين هو لون جريء بصراحه

امم اللي حابه هاللون موجود عند ماك اسمه

fuchsia

 انا بصراحه عجبني 

وانتم؟ 

Recently i noticed alot of people and celebrities wearing this hot pink or fucshia lipstick 

it's a very beautiful color which is great for all skin colors 

it's a bretty bold color as you can see 

if you like this trend and you wish to give it a try

Hand Care Tips :)

بالنسبه لي احس العناية باليدين هي شئ جداً جداً جداً مهم لأني احسها عنوان الانوثه للبنت لما تكون يدينها فيها نظاره واظافرها مرتبه

طبعاً بحكم اني من الرياض الجو جداً سيئ للبشره خصوصاً في الشتا

فلازم نبذل جهد أكبر في العنايه باليد هذي خطوات احرص عليها مو جديده لكن للتذكير

معظم الخطوات هي مفيده لبشرتك ككل ومو بس لليدين 

 for me i think taking care of your hands is very very important especially if you live in a dry place like Riyadh .. here we have to take an extra care for hands 

and these are some tips that helped me saving my hands from being manly LOOOL 

let's start

١- احرصي يكون معاك لوشن خاص لليدين مو مهم ماركته اهم شي لوشن حتى لو فازلين اهم شي ترطبين يدينك بين فتره وفتره او بعد ماتغسلينها

1- make sure to keep a hand cream in your bag and apply it several times a day especially after washing your hands .

٢- اذا بتتعرضين للشمس لاتنسين يدينك حطي عليها واقي 

2- don't forget to apply SPF on your hands when you go out

٣- اشربي مويه كثير هذا شي مفيد مو بس لليدين لا للجسم كله لأن السوائل تلعب دور جداً مهم في ترطيب البشرة

3- drink alot of water coz water  plays a major roll in keeping your skin hydrated 

٤- كثري من اكل او شرب عصير البرتقال والجزر الطازج لأنهم مهمين في حماية بشرتك من التصبغات الجلدي يعني راح يعطي بشرتك نظارة وصفاء ولون موحد 

4- eat alot of carrot and orange or drink their juice because they prevent and cure skin discoloration 

٥- قشري يدك بالمقشر الخاص للوجه مره كل اسبوع وبعدها استخدمي الخطوه رقم ٦ مو لازم مقشر خاص تقدين تسوين هوم ميد سكرب اخلطي سكر مع زيت زيتون وراح يعطيك نتيجة حلوه 

5- Use your face exfoliator on your hands once a week then do step number 6 u can make your own scrub by mixing some olive oil with sugar it will give you an amazing result :)

  ٦- الخطوه الاخيره جداً مهم تسوينها مو كل يوم بس عالآقل مره في الاسبوع وهي 

تستخدمين قفاز قطني موجود عند صيدلية بوتس وذا بودي شوب 

انا اخذته من بوتس زي هذا سعره تقريبا بين ٢٠الى ٣٠ ريال

تحطين اي كريم او بتر مخصصه لليد انا استخدم هذا النوع من ذا بودي شوب اللوز واحط كميه لابأس بها عاليد والبس القفاز هذا وانام  فيه وثاني يوم راح تستمتعين  بيدين زي البيبي :)

 6- the last tip and the most important tip is to waer cotton spa gloves  which you can find at any place "boots or the body shop "

 mine was from boots it cost about 20 sr

but first spread a generous amount of hand butter i use this one from the body shop and leave it until the next day and enjoy your baby like soft hands
